Shipping Policy

Every Realm Glow order ships free, worldwide, with insured and tracked shipping included.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after dispatch for standard orders. 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. An optional Skip The Line upgrade is available at checkout for $4.99 if you want your order prioritized for dispatch. Insured and tracked shipping is included on every order at no extra cost.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking may not update for the first two or three days while the parcel moves between carriers. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Address accuracy

We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check it before paying. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will re-ship it or refund you in full.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
